| Elias Florentino Condori was born on June 20, 1960. He is a graduate of the School of Fine Art "Carlos Baca Flor" in Arequipa (attending 1980-1984). He also attended the Regional School of Fine Art in Arequipa concentrating on the teaching of art (1987-1990). Important prizes include First and Third Place awards in drawing in the "Ano Internacional de la Juventud" in Arequipa and Honorable Mention at "Brotes de mi Pueblo", again in Arequipa. He has exhibited in several galleries in Peru, including shows at his alma mater, the School of Fine Art "Carlos Baca Flor", and his international shows include Ecuador, United States (North Carolina and Louisiana), Chile, Colombia, Bolivia, Argentina, Costa Rica, Spain, and Mexico. |
